In celebration of Jewish Disability Awareness and Inclusion Month we asked over 50 artists of different levels, ability, perspective, faith and social location “What does community longing look like and what are the possibilities for belonging in an ever-changing world.” View the collection and meet the artists.


"Exploded" by Sandra Yuen celebrates International Women's Day and inclusion and freedom for oppressed individuals. Mental illness excludes one from society and from human connection. This painting depicts the fractured mind.

I exhibited a 4 ft mural at the Vancouver Mural Festival 2021. Also our group Murals without Walls has four artists in this exhibition and you may read about us in the Tyee! We together with Wendy Oberlander and Kickstart Disability Arts and Culture were very fortunate to be included in the festival.
